BRSI LP is Hiring a Technical Business Analyst Near Nashville, TN

Description

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with expertise in SQL-2008 or later to play a key role in the development and maintenance of IT business applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database management and a proven ability to work with Microsoft Office SQL server products. Additionally, experience in patient billing is a plus. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and is willing to work extra hours to meet client deadlines. This position requires a hybrid onsite requirement of 1-2 days onsite and a flexible remote schedule.

  • Develop, maintain, and document IT business applications using SQL-2008 or later.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Utilize strong SQL skills to optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Visual Basic.
  • Implement processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Adapt quickly to external environment and organizational changes.
  • Understand and contribute to the direct marketing project process flow and execution (if applicable).
  • Multi-task multiple execution team deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • Experience working with databases using Microsoft Office SQL server products.
  • Very strong SQL-2008 skills.
  • Excellent language and math skills.
  • Advanced reasoning abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Visual Basic.
  • Ability to develop processes and methodologies.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in computer science or equivalent, or related experience.
  • Certification in healthcare revenue cycle management (e.g., CRCR) is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
